If you want to try skiing for the first time, these ski lessons for beginners in Grindelwald are the perfect opportunity. Our beginner package includes not only professional ski lessons with a certified Swiss snow sports instructor, but also high-quality rental equipment and the ski pass.
In small groups of maximum 8 participants per instructor, you will soon feel comfortable on the snow and master your first turns. The ski lessons will be perfectly adapted to your needs as a first-timer and we will ensure that your first skiing experience is as enjoyable and safe as possible.
Our practice area, the bodmiArena, is the ideal place for your snow sports adventure. Here you will find beginner-friendly pistes, magic carpets, rope lifts and a plate lift that will make your first steps on skis easier. Right next to it there is a restaurant where you can recharge your batteries and warm up.
Meeting Time
We meet at the Outdoor Shop & Café Grindelwald at 9:30 am for the full-day package and at 12 pm for the afternoon package.

Oh it was phenomenal. We had such a great instructor—Sam. I feel like the experience was better because of our instructor. We all learned so fast! Fun and very informative. We all had laughs and drinks at the end! It was wonderful. At first I thought that “half-day” would not be enough but Sam taught us fast that we had two hours skiing all by ourselves. However, there were two girls who came to us and asked Sam to teach them because they did not like their instructor so I guess it depends on who you land with.
PS: I was not able to tip Sam because I had no cash but next time I owe you twice the tip! Thanks for a fun day!
