You should wear warm clothing suitable for winter sports. Other accessories such as gloves, a ski mask and sunglasses are strongly recommended.

You must arrive at the first lesson with your equipment (skis and poles or snowboard, and boots). If you do not have your own equipment, make sure to allow enough time to collect it from the rental shop so as not to delay the start of the lesson. Some shops even offer the option of collecting equipment the day before your first day of hire.

Wearing a helmet is compulsory for children in some countries, but it is strongly recommended for everyone, regardless of age.

Unless otherwise stated, you must have your ski pass with you for the first lesson. You can usually buy one at the ski lift office or online. Discounted rates may be available for children or beginners, so check with your ski school to find out which pass is most suitable.

Generally, it is advisable to book lessons as early as possible. This is especially important during school holidays, such as Christmas and February, when lessons can fill up quickly.

Private lessons can be taken alone or in a small group with friends or siblings. The instructor focuses individually on the wishes and abilities of the children.

The lessons are suitable for all skill levels. The instructors adapt to the children's abilities, whether they are complete beginners exploring the Kinderland or advanced skiers who can already ski on black slopes.

On the first day, the meeting takes place 15 minutes before the start of the lesson.

The ski pass is not included in the price. For children under 6 years old, the ski pass is free, but it must be collected at the ski lift ticket office before the first lesson.

The qualified instructors teach the children with a lot of patience and playful exercises. They adapt the lessons individually to the wishes and abilities of each child to ensure great progress.
