What to Expect

Discover the excitement of skiing with our private lessons in Kitzbühel, tailored specifically for children aged 4 to 12. Each lesson is personalised to suit the child's skill level and learning pace, ensuring a tailored experience that addresses individual needs. Our qualified instructors, with extensive experience in teaching children, provide a safe and effective learning environment. The lessons focus on progressive learning, starting with foundational skills and advancing to more complex techniques as the child develops.

The day begins with an introduction to the basic equipment, where beginners will gain confidence and master the fundamentals of skiing, such as balancing and stopping. For the very young kids, there is a kids area with a magic carpet, ideal for practicing these initial skills. As the lesson progresses, more advanced skiers will move on to diverse terrains to sharpen their techniques, such as turning and navigating slopes. The personalised approach ensures that each child can advance at their own pace.

In Kitzbühel, renowned for its stunning alpine scenery, you will find 233 kilometres of slopes, featuring 98 ski runs that include beginner, intermediate, and advanced slopes, ensuring a range of options for all levels of skiers. During the 4-hour and 5-hour lessons, there will be a lunch break with lunch care provided, where everyone will have lunch together at a restaurant. This break is a great opportunity for children to rest and socialise before continuing their skiing adventure. The end of the lesson focuses on consolidating the day’s learning, ensuring each child leaves with improved confidence and skills.

Meeting Time

We meet at either the Hahnenkamm valley station, Hornbahn valley station or at the Hornbahn mountain station, 10 minutes before the start of the lesson.

Ski Pass

All skiers need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.

In order to not lose time at the beginning of your lesson, please buy your ski pass in advance.

• Cash and card for lunch, only needed for the 4-hour and 5-hour lessons

• Minimum age required is 4 years

• Ski equipment is not included in the price of the lesson

• Please make sure your kid has skis, ski boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson

• For the 4-hour and 5-hour lessons, we offer flexible starting times. If you'd like to begin your lesson at a time other than 8:30 a.m., simply let us know. After completing your booking, please contact us via the CheckYeti chatroom to arrange your preferred start time.
