I had two days of ski lessons, four hours each day, as an intermediate adult skier who hadn’t been on skis since my teenage years. Daniel was a fantastic instructor – patient, encouraging, and very clear in his explanations. He quickly helped me rebuild my confidence and improve my technique. I highly recommend him!
Mike is a brilliant instructor. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Patient, adaptable, easy going; we really enjoyed our lesson. Thanks Mike.
Learned a lot
You should wear warm clothing suitable for winter sports. Other accessories such as gloves, a ski mask and sunglasses are strongly recommended.
You must arrive at the first lesson with your equipment (skis and poles or snowboard, and boots). If you do not have your own equipment, make sure to allow enough time to collect it from the rental shop so as not to delay the start of the lesson. Some shops even offer the option of collecting equipment the day before your first day of hire.
Wearing a helmet is compulsory for children in some countries, but it is strongly recommended for everyone, regardless of age.
Unless otherwise stated, you must have your ski pass with you for the first lesson. You can usually buy one at the ski lift office or online. Discounted rates may be available for children or beginners, so check with your ski school to find out which pass is most suitable.
Generally, it is advisable to book lessons as early as possible. This is especially important during school holidays, such as Christmas and February, when lessons can fill up quickly.
No, ski equipment is not included in the price of the lesson. You need to have your own skis, ski boots and helmet with you at the start of the lesson.

For the 4-hour and 5-hour lessons, flexible start times are offered. If you wish to start at a time other than 8:30 a.m., you can arrange this with the provider after booking.
