Whether you're a beginner or looking to improve, enjoy a private ski lesson designed for adults, where I offer personalized private ski lessons to help you learn, progress, and ski with confidence! In the serene setting of Val Gardena, first-timers will begin by mastering the basics of skiing, such as balancing, stopping, and safely gliding on gentle slopes. This foundational phase is crucial for building confidence and understanding the core movements. As you progress, beginners will delve into the art of turning, controlling speed, and navigating beginner trails with assurance, setting the stage for more challenging adventures.

Moving on to the intermediate level, you'll focus on refining your turns and exploring Val Gardena's steeper terrain, where you will also learn to use more advanced ski lifts. This stage is essential for enhancing your control and efficiency on the slopes. For those at the advanced level, the focus shifts to perfecting carving, tackling challenging slopes, and embracing skills for moguls, powder, or freestyle techniques. These skills not only boost your skiing prowess but also open up new possibilities for enjoyment on the mountain.

Meeting Time

We meet 10 minutes before the start of the lesson. The meeting place will be arranged after the booking.

Ski Pass

First-timers do not need a ski pass for the first day of the lessons. The instructor will advise you when to buy the ski pass.

• Please make sure you have skis, ski boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson

• During our courses we are always wearing a helmet
