What to Expect

Our ski lessons are ideal for beginners who are already familiar with the equipment, providing children with a safe and fun environment to develop their skills while enjoying the breathtaking views of Santa Caterina Valfurva. Nestled in the heart of the Italian Alps, this picturesque ski resort offers a variety of slopes perfect for all skill levels.

The lesson begins with an introduction to the ski equipment and basic skiing techniques, focusing on perfecting the snowplow for enhanced control and technique. Children will then learn to make smoother and more controlled turns, improving their edge control and gaining confidence on the slopes. These foundational skills are crucial for managing speed and ensuring that participants can stop quickly and safely when necessary.

As the session progresses, kids will practice parallel skiing and carving techniques, allowing them to handle steeper slopes and varied terrain confidently. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, small group sizes ensure that each child receives individual attention and support, making the learning process both enjoyable and effective. These ski lessons are ideal for children eager to improve their skiing skills in a supportive and scenic environment.

Meeting Time

We meet at Campetto Plaghera, 10 minutes before the start of the lesson.

Ski Pass

All skiers need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.

Please be aware that you need a ski pass to take your kid to the meeting point.

Requirements

• Minimum age: 5 years

• Skiing experience is mandatory to participate in this activity

• Please note that the course only takes place with a minimum of 4 participants of the same level and age group
