What to Expect

Our private snowboard lessons in Alta Badia or Plan de Corones are designed for children aged 3 to 12 who want focused, personalized instruction. These lessons accommodate a small group size of 3 to 4 people, ensuring each child receives individual attention and guidance from our professional instructors. The lesson begins at the base of the mountain, where children are introduced to their snowboarding equipment and taught how to properly put it on. This initial step is crucial for building confidence and ensuring safety on the slopes.

The children will then be guided to the gentle beginner slopes, where they will learn the fundamentals of snowboarding, including balancing on the board and making their first turns. These skills are essential for developing control and stability, which are the foundation for more advanced techniques. As the lesson progresses, the instructor will introduce the children to slightly more challenging slopes, helping them to improve their technique and gain confidence in their abilities.

Located in the heart of the Dolomites, the Alta Badia and Plan de Corones resorts offer stunning views and a family-friendly atmosphere. With their wide range of slopes and modern facilities, these resorts are ideal for both beginners and more experienced snowboarders. The lesson concludes with a fun practice session on the slopes, allowing children to apply what they have learned and enjoy the thrill of snowboarding under the watchful eye of their instructor.

Meeting Time

We meet at the selected meeting point, 10 minutes before the start of the lesson.

Requirements

• Minimum age: 3 years

• Experience is not required

Bring Along

• Ski pass

• Ski equipment and helmet

Good to Know

• Ski equipment is not included in the price of the lesson

• Please make sure your kid has skis, ski boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson

• Depending on your skill level and the conditions, you will also have the option to go off-piste with your instructor during the private lesson.

• The minimum age is a general recommendation and may vary depending on level and experience.

• The whole family can join the private lessons together, as long as everyone has a similar skill level

• The maximum group size is 4 participants per group
