Private Snowboarding Lessons for All Levels

You should wear warm clothing suitable for winter sports. Other accessories such as gloves, a ski mask and sunglasses are strongly recommended.

You must arrive at the first lesson with your equipment (skis and poles or snowboard, and boots). If you do not have your own equipment, make sure to allow enough time to collect it from the rental shop so as not to delay the start of the lesson. Some shops even offer the option of collecting equipment the day before your first day of hire.

Wearing a helmet is compulsory for children in some countries, but it is strongly recommended for everyone, regardless of age.

Unless otherwise stated, you must have your ski pass with you for the first lesson. You can usually buy one at the ski lift office or online. Discounted rates may be available for children or beginners, so check with your ski school to find out which pass is most suitable.

Generally, it is advisable to book lessons as early as possible. This is especially important during school holidays, such as Christmas and February, when lessons can fill up quickly.

The private lessons are designed for snowboarders of all levels. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced rider, the instructor will adapt the lesson to your abilities.

Up to 10 people can participate in a private lesson. You can take the lesson by yourself or share it with family and friends.

The program is created together with your instructor to suit your goals. You can work on specific technical points of your choice, such as switch, tricks, front-side and back-side turns, flatland tricks, or grabs.

The default meeting point is at the same location where the group lessons start. However, you can arrange a different convenient meeting point with the ski school after booking. Lessons are available in Les Menuires and Saint-Martin-de-Belleville.

The lessons are tailored to your personal needs, allowing for quick progress. Many participants mention that they were able to snowboard independently on the slopes after only a few hours of lessons and gained a lot of confidence.
