What a relief!!! I was an avid skier for years (I did black slopes!), but suddenly I got insecure after a nasty fall. I decided to take ski lessons a few years ago to get my confidence back, but it only became worse... I blocked completely. So I thought my skiing career was over, until I found out about Rolf Jakob's Lessons for Fear reduction. Skeptically, I decided to give it one more try. And I'm so glad I did!!! OMG, what a difference! Rolf eased me back into communicating with the mountain again by simple side slipping, insane patience and gentle encouragement.
