Do you feel the call of the great wilderness? With our freeride skiing lessons in Tignes, the ultimate freedom of freeriding is at your fingertips!
Our off-piste lessons are for advanced skiers who want to ski outside marked slopes: whether you are a novice freeride skier or already have experience, you will be assigned to the proper group. Then, you can begin to experience the untouched powder snow, the steep slopes and all the natural obstacles that have yet to be conquered by someone. Your instructor will put their knowledge of the ski area at your service to take you on the most beautiful off-piste trails where you can enjoy new incomparable skiing sensations while admiring amazing landscapes.
Because safety is essential in off-piste skiing, the lessons will begin with an introduction to avalanche safety measures. In addition, safety equipment (ARVA or ABS backpack, probe, shovel and transceiver) is included. See you soon on the slopes!

My instructor Wim de Rue, was excellent. Although the conditions were not good he was able to impart his knowledge of off piste skiing, and how to ski it. So much so that after the lesson, using his advise my ability to ski in all conditions improved immensely. I had the confidence to tackle off piste skiing, through trees alongside the notorious Trolles piste.
