SUP "Middlerhine Valley" - Middle Rhine

Experience the beautiful Middle Rhine Valley from a completely different side. We drive the most beautiful places of the Middle Rhine on the SUP. Stand up Paddling is the new trend - come by and try it out!

Tour programme
- Preparation:
For our SUP tours we meet in at our Base in Kaub. Here, we will arrange the transfer to Lorch, where you will get the equipment and your certified guide will give you a safety briefing.
- Tour:
Then we can get started. Depending on whether you already have experience on the SUP or not we stay with beginners in Lorch, where the Rhine is lake-like calm or paddle from Lorch to Kaub, if you already have a certain level in Stand up Paddling.
- Arrival:
Arrived in Kaub we gladly take eventual drivers back to Lorch to pick up the cars.

- River: Mittelrhein (Difficulty Level: Class I)
- Description: As the name suggests, the river flows through the Middle Rhine Valley, which is known as a World Heritage Site. The so-called Loreley Valley offers impressive views and a landscape marked by numerous castles and vineyards.
- Route: Lorch - Kaub
- Distance: 7km
- Total Duration: 3h
- Rafting Duration (time on river): 2h
