If your goal is to descend the river at a rather speedy pace, choose the “Full Descent” option which will bring you down the canyon in a 5.5h course. If you rather fancy a calmer and shorter course during which you’ll have time to repeat some parts (jumping, abseiling, etc.) then choose the “Upper Part” option (since we’ll stay in the upper part of the river).
