We were a family of 4 and had Carl for private ski and snowboarding lessons. Carl connected brilliantly with the whole family, adapting his communication and teaching to each of us and brought us all along to the next skill level. Kids already asking when we are coming back for more lessons with Carl. Highly recommend.

Our guide/instructor Bella was absolutely brilliant - everything we could want, from showing us a resort we didn't know to improving our technique and finding us places to have coffee and lunch, and just being great company. We couldn't have been more pleased with the whole week - she was with us for 6 days and all of it was great. She managed to find different things to do in different weather conditions and we always felt very safe and knew that she was listening to what we wanted.
