The booking process was absolutely seamless. The organization, the friendly customer service before the lesson, and even the short-notice booking were all top-notch. We felt very well looked after from the very beginning. The ski instructor (Jürgen) explained everything clearly, patiently, and with great enthusiasm. My daughter and I felt comfortable at all times and made great progress. We left with a wealth of valuable information and now feel much more confident on the slopes. Thank you so much for everything! Overall, a fantastic experience – we are very happy with it and can wholeheartedly recommend the ski course!
