"Sehr nette Kommunikation mit dem gesamten Team. Mirjam ist sehr individuell auf meinen Technikstand eingegangen und wir haben ein sehr intensives Workout gemacht. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen! "

Ski Instructor Private for Adults - Morning - All Levels

"We were a group of 3 (mostly beginners) to ski on the slopes of St. Moritz over a weekend. And we were so lucky to get Pietro Cardoso as our ski instructor from Silvaplana ski school. Pietro is a very likeable young man with good manners and patience who skilfully adjusted himself to the different abilities of the three of us in order to dedicate necessary time and pass knowledge and courage to each of us. We ended up taking extra classes with him. Nice personality, likeable, good skiing skills, accommodating, good knowledge of languages - needless to say we absolutely recommend this young man. Thank you for your time with us and thank you for helping me to pass on the "ski-bug" to my friends!"

Ski Schools in St. Moritz

Learn to ski in St. Moritz

St. Moritz is one of the most famous luxury ski resorts in Switzerland and is located in the Engadin, a high valley in the canton of Graubünden. The ski area St. Moritz - Corviglia is part of the large ski alliance Engadin St. Moritz, consisting of the following 5 smaller ski resorts: the family-friendly St. Moritz - Corviglia, the more demanding Corvatsch, the high alpine Diavolezza/Lagalb, Celerina near St. Moritz and the family paradise Zuoz.

St. Moritz - Corviglia is located only 2.5h from Zurich and 3h from Milan and Bolzano. The mountain Corviglia is situated in the heart of the ski alliance at an altitude of 2486m. From St. Moritz you have also access to the slopes of the Marguns (2278m), the Salastrains (2048m), the Signal (2130m), the Munt da San Murezzan and the Piz Nair, the highest mountain of the resort at 3057m above sea level.

The meeting point for beginners group lessons is usually right next to one of the mountain lift stations of the Corviglia mountain. In order to adapt the course to the participants’ needs, the ski schools in St. Moritz like to keep the group sizes quite small.

To achieve the best results possible, however, booking a private ski lesson in St. Moritz is highly recommended. Suitable for both, kids and adults, the lessons are perfectly tailored to the participant and his/her needs and abilities. Furthermore, the meeting place can be arranged individually with the private ski instructor.

That's special about ski lessons in St. Moritz

St. Moritz has a long history in skiing. As the only Swiss Olympic venue to date, St. Moritz has hosted the Olympic Winter Games twice, once in 1928 and a second time in 1948.

The ski resort has a large number of blue and red slopes and is therefore ideal for ski fans and enthusiastic beginners. The ski schools in St. Moritz usually offer their ski and snowboard lessons in various languages, such as German, English and French. If you would like to try out something new or to get to know the ski resort from a different angle, you can book a freeride tour or a heli-skiing trip.
