I booked the excursion quite spontaneously late in the evening. I received confirmation the next morning, and the amazing sightseeing could begin. Very friendly staff. Our boat's engine was old and sounded strange even when we were driving away...it gave up after 40 minutes. BUT: the agency's assistance was SUPERB! We were towed, and the mechanic arrived right away. Everyone was very friendly and competent! We do this boat trip every time and will definitely do it again!
