Alex was incredibly accommodating! The day we booked, the weather was bad, or rather unsuitable (very windy), for boating. He allowed us to reschedule for a day without any problems. On the day we booked, there was a lot of wind at sea, and we weren't allowed to go. The rental company immediately offered a refund or let us go the next day. We decided on the following day. It was a different time, but we were fine with that. Everything worked out perfectly.

The skipper was very friendly and we had a lot of fun. We had our dog with us, which wasn't a problem. The boat was clean, and we were able to take our cooler onto the boat, where it was plugged in so we had cold drinks on board. Highly recommended
