"We booked a boat for 4 hours. Unfortunately, the trip could not take place due to strong winds. I was informed that day by a very nice man that it was not going ahead, by email and also by phone. We agreed that the trip would take place 2 days later. I immediately received an email to rebook. On the day in question, the wind had not let up and I received another email the previous evening. Unfortunately, we had to cancel; a postponement was not possible because we were flying out of Sardinia. Unfortunately. But we were very satisfied with the service. Thank you very much again."
