Netherlands "We went on a catamaran trip to the island of Marie-Galante. It was a very windy day with high waves, but the captain and helmsman navigated the boat extremely professionally and brought us safely to the island. We felt very secure throughout the journey thanks to their calm and experienced approach.
The lunch on board was delicious, and the crew was very friendly and welcoming.
That said, the highlight of the tour was swimming at a small, paradise-like beach — truly beautiful and a moment we’ll remember!"

The guide was good, but unfortunately (as you'd expect here) he only spoke French. Habitation Murat and the distillery were interesting, but the place where you could buy cassava was pointless, at least for us. There were four buses there at the same time, people were waiting in line for 20 minutes, and by the time it was our turn, there were no more cassavas. The island was more or less like Guadeloupe culturally.
As I said, overall, a really lovely trip."
