Hello, we booked online and paid via PayPal; everything was handled extremely professionally. We were given private parking, comprehensive information, and professional instruction on the boat. We'll never forget this day. It was wonderful. Since we had no boating experience, the nine hours on the water were a fantastic experience! We were also helped again with parking in the harbor. Great experience. Booked on the morning of through this website - didn't confirm as they weren't open until we arrived but we rocked up about an hour before our arrival so we could grab some breakfast. They checked us in as soon as we arrived. Would say if booking the morning of your trip dont expect a shuttle from your hotel - just make your own way there - less stress and loads of parking on the sea front and up the hill in the car parks (all free).
