"The service I received, both during the booking process and during the experience, was very well explained. They recommended where to go and what to see, and the boat was very well maintained. They were very friendly and provided all sorts of explanations and kept you informed of the weather so you could fully enjoy the trip. One drawback: the website allowed me to book a boat that wasn't available. They changed it and refunded the difference without any problem. I highly recommend the experience."
