"Rocco, was amazing he was superb at explaining the difference between the Adriatic and Ionian seas. The caves were superb in their beauty and splendor, he explained their meanings and and why they are named ex. "Two black eyes" as well as why fisherman woukd go into certain caves to get out of the blaring sun. My son and I took the 1330 time frame, we were able to film and use videoography to capture the great beauty of Southern Italy, Marina Di Leuca is a great place to photography the buildings and dwellings many seemed uninhabited. I would recommend Rocco's excursion over a larger boat, the larger ones cannot get into the caves, Rocco was very pleasant uses Italian and English and answers questions you have. The cost is very reasonable for the time he takes you out. Bring water, Sunscreen, a head covering and food/snacks as they are not provided. "An alternative way to visit some beaches of this splendid area. If you are looking for a slightly wilder experience, where you feel at one with the sea and the wonders it offers, this is the right experience!
