United Kingdom "I set this Private boat trip to Panarea and Stromboli from Milazzo for my girlfriends birthday, due to adverse weather conditions we were unable to do this on the date booked. But Guiseppe communicated the issue very well and provided a solution to complete the trip 2 days later before we finished our holiday. You could ask nothing more in this situation. On the day we travelled from where we were staying in Cefalu to Milazzo, parking near the marina was very easy and there was an abundance of spaces. We met our skipper for the day Darias and made our way to the boat, throughout the day he communicated really well and nothing was rushed, and no request was ever an issue. Panarea was a really lovely and quaint place to visit we had plenty of time for food and a drink or two, alongside a walk around. With lots of swim stops in different coves during the made cooling down in the 30+ degree heat very easy. One of the stops for swim was something we have never seen, arriving in a cove with a strong smell of sulphur. Darias invited us to swim and using the snorkels to look at the seabed. What we saw was an amazing sight of cracks in the seabed where bubbles of sulphur where being released. Then on to the main event and to Stromboli, we wasn't expecting to be able to step foot on an active volcano but to find a small community living on it was amazing to see and visit. We were able to walk around the properties and visit the shop, a very strange feeling to be stood on an active volcano. Back on the boat and it was time to move and have a drink before moving at sunset to see him erupting and enjoy an aperitif and antipasta provided by Darias. Watching the sunset behind as multiple eruptions occurred was an amazing sight to behold with nature showing its pure strength. Then when we were ready Darias set us back to the marina, the day was relaxing and exhilarating in equal measures and a once in a lifetime trip. Thank you to Guiseppe for seamless organisation and Darias for being a great skipper making the day the best it could be, a trip both my girlfriend and myself will remember for a long time."
