"The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The captain was very friendly, responsible, talkative, and excellent at what he does. At the end of the trip, he treated us to some wine and, as a lovely surprise, took us under the lower bridges as a gift. I truly have nothing negative to say — it was a wonderful experience. I wholeheartedly recommend them!"

"Unfortunately, I can't rate the sunset tour because it was canceled due to adverse sea conditions. Instead, the tour operator rebooked us onto a more expensive tour free of charge. This tour was fantastic and a wonderful experience."
