Do you want to find out what people all over the world love about standing paddling? A beginner course offers you the perfect insight into the world of SUP sports. After the course, you will be able to go on tours alone in calm water and to buy or rent a suitable board for you.
Course programme
The course starts with the theoretical part. Here we cover the topics of materiel and meteorology as well as safety and environmental protection. You will also learn a lot about paddling techniques. Then comes the practical part. After you have received an introduction to the basics of the SUP technique, you will continue on the water. Here you will learn the basic paddle stroke, simple turning techniques and how to stand safely on the board. If you want to use your acquired skills during free paddling afterwards, you are welcome to spend another hour on the water. The SUP rental fee for free paddling is 10€ and can be paid on site.
