Details
Supsquatch is derived from the word Sasquatch, which stands for Bigfoot in Canada. On a large board you will be riding the waves and currents of the Salzach river in a group. You will find ideal conditions on our home stretch. The unique mixture of waves and currents with calmer spots guarantees a lot of variety and fun. With the Supsquatch we do manoeuvres that will make you go swimming involuntarily. Swimming is allowed and falling in is desired!
Tour programme
- Preparation:
We meet at the base in Stegenwald very close to the motorway exit Pass Lueg (Exit 34). On site, you will find plenty of free parking. There you will receive the equipment with helmet, wetsuit, jacket, life jacket and neoprene shoes and you can change in the changing rooms. Afterwards, we drive together to the entry point.
- Tour:
At the entry point, your guide will give you the safety talk, including "dry run" training. Well-equipped and prepared, we start the ride on the Salzach with the Supsquatch. The ride goes downstream towards our raft base. There is the exit point and our tour ends.
