A short tour on the Tarn with a canoe, nothing better to make the most of a day, whatever your age (after 6) or your canoeing experience. Pick-up your canoe in the morning, paddle as long as you want and enjoy the beaches on your way for a picnic for example. You will pass under the famous Millau viaduct and have a breathtaking view of the troglodytic village of Peyre. A real summer break!
Tour programmeWe meet you
at the base 30 minutes before the booked time. We will provide you with the equipment, the canoe and give you some tips for your day out - including a map. Once you're ready, just jump on board and start paddling! When you arrive in Peyres after the 8 km, a bus will come to pick you up (departing every hour).
Tour facts- River: Tarn (difficulty level: class I-II)
- Description: The Tarn Gorges is a wonder of nature, a well-preserved canyon that is definitely worth admiring from a canoe or a kayak!
- Route: from Creissels to Peyre
- Distance: 8 km
- Total duration: up to 9 hrs
- Time on the river: 1.5 h but you can keep the boat for the whole day or afternoon!
