Tour programme
We meet at the designated meeting point, where you will also meet the guides. Afterward, they hand over your adventure equipment and we drive with the company car to the starting point at the canyon. In the meantime, you can leave your car in the parking lot directly at the meeting point. Once you arrive at the canyon, you will be informed about everything important and can also ask questions. Then we can get started. In a 3h tour, you will abseil, slide, jump and hopefully laugh a lot. At the end of the tour, you will be picked up by the same car that will take you back to your cars. The youngest of our family is 12 years old and we have acted accordingly. In the end everything was perfect. German language is not, but you can get along well with the necessary English. It feels like you drive forever to the start in the mountains and then you have to continue on foot with the equipment. But you will be rewarded for this ... It was great fun! We had a fabulous time canyoning on rio Verde. The activity includes a steep trek, lots of jumping in the water, manouvering a small cave and a couple of points of abseiling down the river. All of these were very ably supported by our guide Ruben who not only showed us what to do and how to do it, but also pointed out some interesting features around the river. He was also very thoughtful of the various age groups and abilities- there was never any push to do the jumps and Rubén showed alternate ways for people who did not wish to either jump or abseil. My eleven year old daughter felt this activity was the highlight of our trip. Thank you more making this such an enjoyable experience. We would recommend this for all adventure loving families.
