What to Expect

If you want to improve your skills or simply let someone guide you on fresh snow, then our private off-piste snowboarding lessons for adults are ideal for you! Nestled in the picturesque region of Sestriere, our lessons offer an exclusive opportunity to explore the pristine, unmarked trails of this renowned ski resort. With up to 5 participants from the age of 15, you will have the chance to learn in a close-knit group setting, ensuring personalised attention from our expert instructors.

Our expert snowboarding teacher will kick off the session with a comprehensive explanation of how to tackle the challenging descents. Under their guidance, you will learn how to navigate the off-piste terrain, building confidence with every turn. As you progress, the focus will shift to mastering techniques for security and avalanche awareness, vital skills for any off-piste enthusiast. The lesson will also cover essential knowledge like assessing snow conditions and identifying safe routes, equipping you with the tools needed for safe exploration.

The resort's facilities include a ski lift that provides access to a variety of off-piste spots, offering different levels of difficulty to suit all enthusiasts. Meeting Time

We meet at the start of the Jolly carpet, at the booked time. It's also possible to individually arrange another meeting point after completing the booking. Please get in contact with the school through your CheckYeti chat to agree on a different meeting point.

Ski Pass

All skiers need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.

In order to not lose time at the beginning of your lesson, please buy your ski pass in advance.

Requirements

• Physical health

• Minimum age: 15 years

• Skiing experience is mandatory to participate in this activity

Bring Along

• Ski pass

• Snowboard equipment and helmet

• Shovel, Arva, probe, backpack with ABS and helmet (in case you don't have them we can show you where to rent them)

Good to Know

• Snowboard equipment not included in the lessons

• Please make sure you have a snowboard, snowboard boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson
