Are you looking for a new challenge in the snow? Then our adult snowboarding lessons for beginners in Viehhofen, Saalbach are perfect for you! Experience a unique feeling only snowboarding can provide, no matter whether your ride goofie or regular!
In small groups, we start practising the basics of snowboarding in our own designated beginner's area, where you easily master your first turns. Together with like-minded adults of the same level, you learn in a convivial atmosphere, which enhanced the learning process.
Our experienced and highly qualified snowboard instructors work with the most modern training methods and bring you quickly to your goals. It is their aim to help you have fun on the board and enjoy the versatile programme as we explore the entire ski area.
Meeting Time
On the first day we meet 10 minutes before the start of the lessons at the ski school office Ski Dome 3 (Glemmer Strasse 260, 5752 Viehhofen).
If there are less than 5 participants, the lessons will be shortened to a 2-hour course (except during the following weeks: 20.12-07.01 / 31.01-25.02 ).
Equipment Rental
If you book including equipment, you can pick up the booked equipment on the day of the course from 8:00 am to 8:45 am or comfortably the day before until 6:00 pm in our ski rental directly in the Ski Dome 3.
Ski pass
First-timers and beginners do not need a ski pass on the first day of the lessons. The instructor will advise you when to buy the ski pass.

What should I wear for my lessons?
You should wear warm clothing suitable for winter sports. Other accessories such as gloves, a ski mask and sunglasses are strongly recommended.
When should I collect my equipment?
You must arrive at the first lesson with your equipment (skis and poles or snowboard, and boots). If you do not have your own equipment, make sure to allow enough time to collect it from the rental shop so as not to delay the start of the lesson. Some shops even offer the option of collecting equipment the day before your first day of hire.
Do I need to wear a helmet?
Wearing a helmet is compulsory for children in some countries, but it is strongly recommended for everyone, regardless of age.
Where can I buy a ski pass?
Unless otherwise stated, you must have your ski pass with you for the first lesson. You can usually buy one at the ski lift office or online. Discounted rates may be available for children or beginners, so check with your ski school to find out which pass is most suitable.
Do I need to book my lessons in advance?
Generally, it is advisable to book lessons as early as possible. This is especially important during school holidays, such as Christmas and February, when lessons can fill up quickly.
