You should wear warm clothing suitable for winter sports. Other accessories such as gloves, a ski mask and sunglasses are strongly recommended.

You must arrive at the first lesson with your equipment (skis and poles or snowboard, and boots). If you do not have your own equipment, make sure to allow enough time to collect it from the rental shop so as not to delay the start of the lesson. Some shops even offer the option of collecting equipment the day before your first day of hire.

Wearing a helmet is compulsory for children in some countries, but it is strongly recommended for everyone, regardless of age.

Unless otherwise stated, you must have your ski pass with you for the first lesson. You can usually buy one at the ski lift office or online. Discounted rates may be available for children or beginners, so check with your ski school to find out which pass is most suitable.

Generally, it is advisable to book lessons as early as possible. This is especially important during school holidays, such as Christmas and February, when lessons can fill up quickly.

These lessons are for beginner skiers from 3 to 9 years old.

The groups are kept small with a maximum of 8 participants per instructor.

Ski equipment is not included. Please ensure your child has skis, ski boots, a helmet, gloves and sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson.

The lessons take place in the Kid's Garden, which has a small ski slope and playful games to ensure children learn in the best conditions.

The meeting point is at the Panda Club, 15 minutes before the start of the lesson.
