Details
With the right equipment, it is even more fun to learn how to ski. Children between the ages of 7 and 15 spend the whole day on the slopes with us and work on their skiing skills. No matter which level the young skiers have, Mariazeller Bürgeralpe offers the right practice terrain for everyone.
We teach our ski lessons for children in small groups of maximum 5 participants. In this way, we ensure the best possible individual care and maximum progress. Learning together with peers and a lot of playful exercises make sure that plenty of fun is involved.
Meeting Time
We meet on the first day at 9:50 am in the Kinderland on Bürgeralpe, directly at the top stations of the cable car Mariazeller Bürgeralpe and the chair lift St. Sebastian. Alternatively, the ski instructors can accompany your children from the bottom station to the meeting point. For this, please contact the ski school after completed booking.
Lunch Break
It is possible to book lunch supervision including lunch on site.
Equipment Rental
If you book including equipment, you can pick it up at our ski rental (Wiener Straße 30, 8630 Mariazell) on the day of the course from 9 am or comfortably the day before from 4 pm to 7 pm.
Ski pass
If you book including ski pass, you can pick it up on the day or the day before in our ski school office (Wr. Str. 28, 8630 Mariazell).

Our son was for a 2-day ski course in the ski school in St. Sebastian near Mariazell (large free parking lot).
Unfortunately (for us parents, who didn't ski this time) the ski course took place up on the mountain (accessible by chairlift at the school), so we could not follow the course directly at the school. Otherwise everything was well organized.
On the second day, due to traffic, we unfortunately only arrived at the school 10 minutes before 10 a.m., the group was already on the mountain - but our son was personally taken up the mountain by the head of the school (at this point again, thank you very much !!!) . So our son was allowed to take the gondola in Mariazell once. He liked it very much. The ski instructors were all great too, our son would have loved to stay a few more days and would definitely like to go to Mariazell again.

Rudyschool has really great employees, the ski instructors were TOP. Our child 7year old (once on skis at Rudyschool) learned to plow in 3 days and enjoyed skiing the blue slopes, as well as the drag lift and chairlift. We couldn't have done that as parents :). Very friendly and courteous advice in the shop and ski rental. Many thanks to Rudy and Erika and their good hands for choosing the staff. It was a real pleasure to meet the "red ones" with the kids on the slopes. Full day course is beneficial for beginners.
