Our kids ski lessons in Špindlerův Mlýn combine learning and fun, perfect for children between the ages of 6 and 12 years old who already master the basics of skiing and want to improve together with other kids.
On the first day of the lessons, the kids are divided into groups. This way, we ensure groups of roughly the same level and therefore, a better, more effective learning experience for each participant. Together with their peers, your children will learn in a fun, sociable environment. During these lessons, each participant is able to perfect their skiing and fine-tune techniques.
This course takes place in the different areas of the ski resort Špindlerův Mlýn, on slopes selected according to the abilities of the group. Comprised of more than 25 kilometres of slopes, children's areas and 11 lifts, experienced children will have a great time. Our specially trained instructors guide your children towards their goals, step by step. The kids improve their overall skiing techniques, learn new ones as they explore the slopes at the same time.
On the first day, we meet 5 minutes before the start of the lesson.
Our instructors take care of the children during the lunch break.
It is possible to book the meal alongside the lessons. The lunch break is from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
If you don't choose a lunch option with the school during the lunch break, your children need to be picked up. The instructor will give you all the details.
The equipment is not included in the price. If you don't have your own equipment, you can book rental equipment through our shop by adding it to your shopping cart during the checkout process.
You can pick up your equipment in one of our ski rental offices.

The day before the lesson, you have the possibility to pick up your equipment until 7:00 p.m..

Good level
Pleasant group size, logical learning progress and cool ski instructors who cater to the children.
my 8 years old daughter loved the group lessons! we initally booked for 2 days, but then she asked to extend for other 2 days. teachers were great (2 teachers for a group of 8 kids).
You should wear warm clothing suitable for winter sports. Other accessories such as gloves, a ski mask and sunglasses are strongly recommended.
You must arrive at the first lesson with your equipment (skis and poles or snowboard, and boots). If you do not have your own equipment, make sure to allow enough time to collect it from the rental shop so as not to delay the start of the lesson. Some shops even offer the option of collecting equipment the day before your first day of hire.
Wearing a helmet is compulsory for children in some countries, but it is strongly recommended for everyone, regardless of age.
Unless otherwise stated, you must have your ski pass with you for the first lesson. You can usually buy one at the ski lift office or online. Discounted rates may be available for children or beginners, so check with your ski school to find out which pass is most suitable.
Generally, it is advisable to book lessons as early as possible. This is especially important during school holidays, such as Christmas and February, when lessons can fill up quickly.

To ensure an effective learning experience, children are placed into groups of roughly the same ability level. Groups remain small, for example 8 children with 2 instructors, allowing them to progress safely with their peers.
The lessons take place across the Špindlerův Mlýn ski resort, on slopes chosen according to the group's abilities. The resort offers more than 25 kilometres of slopes, children's areas, and 11 lifts.
