We meet 15min before start inclusive equipment in the skischool office (Bundesstraße 2, 2680 Semmering).
Think it's too late to learn to ski? Then our weekend adult ski lessons in Semmering are just what you need! This half-day session will introduce you to the joys of skiing and show you if this sport is for you.
You start on flat slopes, where you slowly but surely get used to the skis and the feeling of skiing. After learning the basics, such as the snowplough, you can celebrate the end of the course by skiing down your first run! You will be in safe hands with our professional instructors. They use the latest teaching methods of the Austrian ski school system to maximize the learning success in a short time.
We meet at the ski school office, 15 minutes before the start of the lesson. The course tickets are available at the ski school office.
If you book including equipment, you can pick it up at our ski and snowboard rental until one hour before the start of the course or comfortably the day before.
All skiers need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.
Please note that the course only takes place with a minimum of 5 participants
On December 27th and 28th, parking at the World Cup will be limited. However, a shuttle service will be available.
I had lessons with Natalie. She is a really good trainer and explains the lessons very well.
The trainer is very competent and responds individually to the student's respective level. Organization also works very well. There is enough parking space. An excellent performance from everyone involved.
I had the course with Stefan. He is super friendly and helpful. I can only recommend him
You should wear warm clothing suitable for winter sports. Other accessories such as gloves, a ski mask and sunglasses are strongly recommended.
You must arrive at the first lesson with your equipment (skis and poles or snowboard, and boots). If you do not have your own equipment, make sure to allow enough time to collect it from the rental shop so as not to delay the start of the lesson. Some shops even offer the option of collecting equipment the day before your first day of hire.
Wearing a helmet is compulsory for children in some countries, but it is strongly recommended for everyone, regardless of age.
Unless otherwise stated, you must have your ski pass with you for the first lesson. You can usually buy one at the ski lift office or online. Discounted rates may be available for children or beginners, so check with your ski school to find out which pass is most suitable.
Generally, it is advisable to book lessons as early as possible. This is especially important during school holidays, such as Christmas and February, when lessons can fill up quickly.
