Very professional welcome. Excellent instructors. Easy to take care of the children. Very good activities.
Great team, great organization! Our girls had a great week: the classes are great and the team that supervises the afternoons is great; fun activities, good supervision... we highly recommend!
Everything was perfect, my daughter loved her vacation with ski lessons in the morning, meals and Yeti camp in the afternoon. Very good formula for children and also parents to fully enjoy the vacation!
You should wear warm clothing suitable for winter sports. Other accessories such as gloves, a ski mask and sunglasses are strongly recommended.
You must arrive at the first lesson with your equipment (skis and poles or snowboard, and boots). If you do not have your own equipment, make sure to allow enough time to collect it from the rental shop so as not to delay the start of the lesson. Some shops even offer the option of collecting equipment the day before your first day of hire.
Wearing a helmet is compulsory for children in some countries, but it is strongly recommended for everyone, regardless of age.
Unless otherwise stated, you must have your ski pass with you for the first lesson. You can usually buy one at the ski lift office or online. Discounted rates may be available for children or beginners, so check with your ski school to find out which pass is most suitable.
Generally, it is advisable to book lessons as early as possible. This is especially important during school holidays, such as Christmas and February, when lessons can fill up quickly.
Children have a two-hour ski lesson in the morning. Afterwards, they head to the Yeti Camp chalet for a warm lunch, followed by an afternoon of outdoor activities such as sledging, igloo building, or snowshoeing, with full-day care provided.
Yes, after the morning ski lesson, all children receive a warm meal sheltered in the Yeti Camp chalet.
To ensure high-quality teaching and individual attention, groups are limited to a maximum of 9 children.
The meeting time is 10 minutes before the course starts. The meeting point depends on your child's level, indicated by signs along the main street between the Manoir Savoie residence and the Cabriolet cable car: Yetison in the snow garden to the right of the Cabriolet cable car, Petit Yéti at the small chalet by the stairs to the Cabriolet gondola, Yeti 1 in front of Intersport and Cascade Sucrée, Yeti 2 in front of the O Chaud bar, Yeti 3 in front of the Gourmet Montagnard shop, and Super Yéti in front of the restaurant "La Brasserie 1950".
Yes, at the end of the week, each child receives a medal to reward their efforts. The medal is included in the course price.
