Balloon Ride in the Alpine Foothills in Chiemgau

A hot-air balloon ride on the edge of the Alps is a once in a lifetime experience that you will remember for a long time to come. Free of all stresses and strains of everyday life, you will float over untouched nature and see the Chiemgau region from a completely new perspective. The majestic peaks of the Alps rise on the horizon and offer you a magnificent panorama.

Take-off area
Depending on the weather and wind conditions, we choose a suitable starting point in the Bavarian foothills of the Alps.
The unique mountain panorama and the fantastic nature of the Chiemgau Alps make the ride in alpine foothills a very special experience. There is also the possibility of marvelling at one of the numerous fairytale castles of the Chiemgau region from above.

Ride programme
- Before take-off:
We meet at the arranged time at our office in Hittenkirchen near Bernau am Chiemsee, where there is enough parking for guests. From here we will take you to the starting point, where you will receive a detailed safety briefing. Afterwards, you can help the team to set up the balloon and learn a lot about the art of ballooning.
- During the ride:
Now we are ready to take off and glide gently through the air. During the ride, you stand in the basket and can enjoy the fantastic view of the mountain panorama around you. Of course, you are welcome to take pictures of the surroundings and your fellow travellers. After about 1.5 hours we land on a suitable field.
- After landing:
In teamwork, we dismantle the balloon and all passengers receive the traditional balloon baptism with an individual certificate, in which you are elevated to the nobility of balloonists. The ground crew then takes us back to the meeting point where your car is parked.
