You have come back amazed by your first dive and dream only of one thing: to start over? Why not take a course that will allow you to dive more often and with greater freedom? The PE12 (French qualification) or the PADI Scuba Diver (international qualification) is the first step towards complete autonomy in diving. A simple certification that is perfect for beginners or those with little time for themselves.
Goal of the course
You will have the choice of French (PE12) or international (PADI Scuba Diver) training which allows you to dive under the supervision of an instructor up to 12 m.
Meeting & Preparation
We will meet directly at our office in the harbour of Calvi, where you can pick up your equipment and change. Then, direction the boat, where you will meet your instructor. You will become familiar with your equipment and how it works and be provided with information on the diving site you will be joining. After a short briefing, you will set off. You may have learned about the theory beforehand, otherwise, your instructor will be there to teach you it as you go.
Course content
In order to validate your training, you will need to make three 2-hour dives and a theoretical session. You can do the entire training over a minimum of one and a half days (one dive per half day) or spread over several days. From the first session, you will dive directly into the great outdoors: your instructor will be there to assess your level and give you advice if necessary and a theoretical course can be considered in addition if he considers it necessary. A logbook will be provided so that you can keep track of your dives. And after the three dives required... congratulations! You have now validated the first level of diver training!
