We know that sport is important from an early age. In order to develop enjoyment, pressure to perform or strict training plans must not play a role here. That's why fun is always our top priority, and as if by magic, great learning success can be achieved very quickly. With playful elements, your children and teenagers are taught mountain biking and the associated riding techniques and internalized. Our goal is to see your children with a grin on their face at the end of the day. Then we know that we have done our job well! In the course, we start in the practice area, where we teach your children the basic techniques, packed into exciting exercises. Depending on the level, we deal with different course contents. We look forward to giving your children a great summer!
Meeting & Preparation
We meet at 09:30 at our base where we welcome your children and introduce ourselves. Then we all sit down so that we can learn more about your children's goals and fears to include this in the planning of the course program. Afterwards, we will continue with the bike check to make sure that the bikes are sufficiently equipped for mountain biking.
Course content
Bike Player/ Level 1 (from 8 years)
- Seat position for techniques and tours
- Basic position on the bike
- Balance - Games
- Braking, starting on a hill
- Basic curve technique
- One-handed riding
- Raising the front wheel
- Riding on gravel, forest soil, light root passages
- Mediation of riding safety in road traffic
Ninja Kids/ Level 2 (from 8 years)
- Optimize bike adaptation
- Repeat basic positions
- Balance - Games
- Riding uphill and downhill
- Tight to very tight curves, switchbacks
- Run over obstacles
- Raise the front and rear wheel
- Riding in a group
- Run over small obstacles (tree trunk,...)
- Riding over coarse gravel and root passages
Park Stars/ Level 3 (from 10 years)
- (Requirement: Level 1+2)
- Optimize bike adaptation
- Repeat basic position
- Balance - Games
- Dynamic curve line in the bike park
- Basic jump techniques
- Overcome different obstacles
