E-Mountain Bike Technique Training - Beginners

If you want to face the MTB routes like real professionals and you want to learn how to react to any kind of terrain, our technical e-mountain bike course is the right one for you. In groups of about 8 people but never more than 12, you learn how to handle the typical off-road challenges. We look forward to welcoming you to our park with obstacles at Alpe di Siusi.

Meeting & Preparation
We meet you at our office where you then meet your guide.

Course content
The course begins with some tips on how to sit on the saddle and we explain how to wear the equipment correctly. Afterwards, you learn how to brake correctly, how to handle curves, how to maintain the balance, how to handle steep climbs and descents and how to overcome small obstacles.

Bring along
- Mountainbike, helmet, knee- and elbow protection (can be rented on site from 30€. If you wish to rent a bike please send us a message after booking)
- Long finger gloves
- Waterbottle

Requirements
- Minimum age: 16 years (children from 10 years old who are very well trained because, for example, they do cycling as a sport, or are used to doing mountain biking, can participate)
