Surfing Lessons for Beginners - Kids (6-12 years)

Are you looking forward to fun in the water for your kids? Nothing easier than that with Algarve Sea Adventures! Our passionate team prioritizes safety during the lessons, family-like atmosphere, and fast progress on the surfing front! With us, your kids learn in small groups with certified instructors on the beautiful beaches of Lagos and its region. This lesson is ideal for children aged 6-12 year old who are just starting their journey on board and don't have previous experience. We guarantee that one teacher will take care of a maximum of 6 children per group and a nanny who always accompanies our group. Let's go surfing and have safe fun on the breathtaking Portuguese coast! Meeting & Preparation We meet directly at our base Quinta Formosinho in Luz, sharply on time. Also, there's a possibility of a free pick-up service from Lagos and Luz at 7:45 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. If you travel by car, parking is possible in the Rua Jose Pedro das Lages, Lote 2. Before the lesson can start we need to receive a signed form by a parent or legal guardian including contact number. Then we are ready to head to the beach for a fun surfing day! Course Content - Theory session on the beach (safety & equipment briefing) - Warm up on the beach - Practice on the beach (the right posture, right movements) - Practice in the sea (how to safely take the wave, how to move on the board) Included Services - Wetsuit - Surfboard - Certified Surf Instructor - Transfer to the beach and back to the base - Nanny Bring along - Bottle of water (min 1l) - Sun protection (protection factor 50+, water resistant) - Medical personal belongings - Consent of a parent or legal guardian, including contact number - Snack - Swimwear & towel Requirements - Minimum age: 6 years - Physical health - Swimming ability
