Flyboarding - Lake Garda

Flyboarding allows you to fly and dive while experiencing unique emotions. In the beautiful setting of Lake Garda, you can experience a day out of the ordinary. Your instructor will ensure that the experience takes place with the highest standards of safety. Programme - Preparation: (text) We welcome you in our Adrenalina Sport Center 10 minutes before the booked time. There will be 30 minutes of theoretical lesson, at the end of which you can go to the locker room to put on your swimsuit and the material that we provide. - Activity: Once you are ready we take the boat and when we reach the ideal distance from the coast you can start to practice with the flyboard. Depending on the group this phase will last between 2 and 2 and a half hours. The actual phase of flight will last about 30 minutes, 15 minutes for those who book a trial day.
