Kitesurfing Lessons - Beginners

Our kitesurfing course is ideal for beginners with some experience as well as first timers. In small groups of up to 4 people, learning how to kitesurf has never been easier. On the beautiful beaches of Lake Garda in Tignale, you will learn everything you need to start kitesurfing safely.

Meeting & Preperation
We meet at our school 10 minutes before the lesson. You will receive the necessary equipment and you can put on the swimsuit and equipment. On the shore, we will take a theory lesson where we will explain the basics of kitesurfing and what you need to know to practice this sport safely.

Course Content
- Theory session on the beach (basics, e.g.: how the kite flies, how the kite is mounted, etc..)
- Warm up
- Practice on the lake (basics, e.g. what is the best position to keep in the water, first attempts to start)

- Minimum age: 13 years (und 35kg)
- Physical health
- Swimming ability
