Mountain Bike Training - Beginner

Would you like to try something new and discover the Alps on a mountain bike? With a varied program we make sure that you soon feel comfortable on your bike and that the basic techniques are no longer a problem.
The Ötztal valley is the perfect place to try out mountain biking and offers numerous trails on which you can improve your technique and skills. You are always surrounded by the beautiful landscape around Sölden.

Meeting & Preparation
We meet at our bike school at the Giggijochbahn in Sölden. Here you can prepare your bikes or pick up your rental equipment. Wearing a helmet is compulsory during the course. If you don't have safety equipment, you can rent it on site for a small extra charge.

Course content
- Riding technique training for beginners
- Curves
- Braking
- Uphill and downhill riding
- Bunny Hop
- Applying acquired skills on appropriate routes

Weekly program
- Monday: Mountain bike tour for beginners (30km; 600hm)
- Tuesday: Trial day for beginners
- Wednesday: Bike Safety Training
- Thursday: Family Downhill - easy trails for the whole family
- Friday: Trails and More (technique and getting to know the lines in Sölden)
- Saturday: Technique workshop for beginners

The weekly program may vary depending on the level of participants and conditions of the trails.
