Mountain Bike Training - Advanced

Even true mountain bike experts can learn something new in our courses for pros. Thanks to a combination of different technical trainings and tours adapted to your level, you will quickly improve your safety and the fun when riding cross-country. With us you can soon master more challenging trails and learn the basics of downhill.
You will discover numerous single trails in the Ötztal valley, a true paradise for all mountain bikers, and learn new tricks and techniques. Our certified mountain bike instructors are always at your side to help you make rapid progress.

Meeting & Preparation
We meet at our bike school at the Giggijochbahn in Sölden. Here you can prepare your bikes or pick up your rental equipment. Wearing a helmet is compulsory during the course. If you don't have safety equipment, you can rent it on site for a small extra charge.

Course content
- Repeating and improving basic techniques
- Further technical riding exercises
- Riding on single trails
- Video analysis and evaluation of the technique on the computer
- Applying acquired skills on appropriate routes in the bike park

Weekly program
- Monday: Downhill technique for beginners and safety training
- Tuesday: Bike Safety Training
- Wednesday: Trial day for advanced bikers
- Thursday: Tour in Windachtal (20 km; 1000 hm)
- Friday: Downhill for beginners
- Saturday: Technique workshop for advanced riders

The weekly program may vary depending on the level of participants and conditions of the trails.
