On the SUP you will come closer to the Maltese coast than ever before. Along with a local guide, you discover the impressive cliffs and caves around the island and jump into the clear water. Stand Up Paddling is a fun and intuitive sport that allows you to discover the unique Mediterranean landscape from a new perspective.
Programme
- Meeting & Preparation:
We meet at the agreed time at the meeting point, which we arrange after booking. Before we start, you will get to know your guide and get an introduction to paddling techniques and how to use the SUP.

The tour takes us from Ghadira beach towards the Coral Lagoon. On the way, we paddle directly along the cliffs of Mellieha. We stop at Slugs Bay and you can swim in the crystal clear water. You can also explore small caves on the way to the Ahrax tal-Mellieha cliffs.
- Return:
After the 3-hour tour, we return to the starting point. Here you can end the day at the beach and reminisce about your SUP tour.

Thanks very much for the great funny tour. For us it was the first time SUP and we are overjoyed. With the guidance of austin everything worked out wonderful and relaxed.
It was a scenic tour, but it was also very exhausting

We wanted to book online for another day but were offered something for the next day at short notice. The tour with a total of 4 people and the guide 'Austin' began with a brief introduction to Stand Up Paddling and then led across the sea from the starting point Golden Bay to St Maries Cave. On the way back, the tour was adventurous with paddling through rock formations. 2 stops were made for relaxing, swimming and snorkeling. The surprising rain only made the great trip even more unique. Great, large, non-toxic jellyfish were seen along the way. We found the tour really great - and SUP by the sea is clearly something different / more strenuous than on the lake!
