Without having to commit to a diving course you can experience what it feels like to breathe and float underwater while you discover nature as you have never seen it before. This trial dive is the perfect first diving experience for everyone.
Dive Area
There are many different diving spots off the coast of Cascais. Depending on the weather conditions and your personal preference we can discover different reefs where you will see a wide variety of corals, fish, cuttlefish, starfish and many many more.
Programme- Meeting & Preparation:
We meet at the Cascais Dive Center, located directly along the Marina of Cascais. There, you'll meet your certified SSI instructor who will give you an introduction to diving and tell you all you need to know before your first dive. This includes basic knowledge about the equipment and communication under water. You'll perform some exercises and as soon as you are all set we take the boat to get to the chosen diving spot.
- Diving:
At Cascais Dive Center we aim to provide the best experience possible, therefore our diving instructors always focus on one or maximum two people during the dive. This way we can guarantee you high safety and a personalized first diving experience you'll never forget!
- Return:
After the dive, we return back to the Cascais Dive Center.

What a great team, my kids and I did an 'Introduction to Scuba dive', what a great afternoon out, the team were very supportive and we had a expert diver per newbie so we all felt comfortable at all times, we got to see plenty of fish, crabs, massive Spider Crabs and even an octopus.
