If you want to have a beautiful surfing experience, Lacanau is the perfect place for you! Our qualified instructors, all former elite athletes, will ensure that you practice safely for maximum pleasure. Perfectly suited for a first discovery of the sport, these courses are also suitable for more advanced levels. The emphasis is really on practicing in the water to take full advantage of it and progress quickly.
Meeting & Preparation
We meet directly at the selected pick-up point. Please contact us after your booking to rearrange the transfer service.
Start time
The start time depends on the tides to ensure the best conditions, so please plan some extra time on the day of your surf lessons. The exact start times are available 1 week in advance. We will inform you in time after you have completed the booking.
Course Content
- The right warm up
- Theoretical course and training on the beach: 5 min on the sand to talk about the surf spot, show the proper stance on the surfboard and provide safety instructions
- Practice in the sea : up to 1h40min
