The beaches of the Landes have nothing to envy their neighbours in the Basque Country and those of Vieux-Boucau, with their wild and natural surroundings, await you for a memorable surfing session! If you are looking to make rapid progress or improve your technique, private lessons are the right choice. We welcome you to the beach of Les Sablères, ideal for surfing thanks to its large tidal range and sandbanks which make it suitable for all ages, from 6 years old. Alone or in small groups of friends or family members of up to 4 people, you will benefit from the expertise of your state-certified surf instructor for rapid progress.
Meeting & Preparation
We meet 15 minutes before the start of the lesson directly at the school. You will be greeted by one of our hostesses at the reception who will be there to provide you with the equipment adapted to your age and level: surfboard and wetsuit (children from 6 to 11 years old wear a full wetsuit all year round, to stay warm and enjoy their lessons to the fullest). Then, we will accompany you to the beach where you will meet your instructor.
Start time
The start time depends on the tides to ensure the best conditions, so please plan some extra time on the day of your surf lessons. The exact start times are available 1 week in advance. We will inform you in time after you have completed the booking.

- The right warm up
- Training in the water: up to 1h20 min (you will come and go several times between the water and the beach to listen to your instructor's instructions and advice)
