Programme- Preparation:
We meet at our base on the beach of Cagnes-sur-Mer between 8 and 10 am for optimal weather conditions. There, you can use our cloakroom to change and leave your belongings at the base in a box provided for that purpose before putting on your lifejacket.
- Activity:
If you have chosen the lesson, the activity will start with 5 to 10 min of training on land before heading to the sea. We also advise parents to choose this option for their children so that they can get the most out of their session. Then you will board the ship, heading for the open sea. You will enjoy your activity for about 10 minutes before being brought back to the beach.
