SUP Lessons for Kids & Adults - All Levels

Stand Up Paddle is great fun for young and old and a sport that anyone can do. La Playa de las Arenas in Valencia offers with its easy to estimate waves optimal conditions for a great course. Our SUP instructors are always at your side to help you with helpful tips and tricks. Depending on your mood, you can see the SUP as a comfortable means of transport or as an agile sport facility. You decide the limit. We are looking forward to seeing you!

Meeting & Preparation
We'll meet at our base 15min before the course starts. Here we will give you the equipment, which you can dress in one of our changing rooms. Then we already go to the beach, where we give you a short introduction into the theory. Then we go into the water, where the course can start.

Course Content
- Theory on the beach (meteorology, equipment, safety)
- The right warm up
- Standing up the right way
- The right steering
- Beach and water start
